We entrusted Saj Ahmadyar to list and sell two of our properties. Once we had signed the contract we did not hear from him until two days later when we received an offer on one of the properties, which after some negotiation we got what we wanted and it was over. I must say that Saj handled the whole negotiations in a very professional manner keeping us informed throughout. The next property was handled in a similar manner. We just left everything up to Saj who impressed us with his handling of the sales with nothing for us to do except receive the money in our account.
