Saj is a great young talent who gave us a wonderful and pleasant experience throughout the whole process of selling my first home. He undertook the entire responsibility of selling my home and asked me to just relax whilst providing professional guidance and sharing his knowledge on the current market trend. Saj has shown his capability, professionalism, positive attitude and excellent service throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and understood the market and exactly what buyers were looking for. He always goes above and beyond to ensure we get the best price. Saj sold my home above the asking price. I'm very happy with the result. I would thoroughly recommend Saj Ahmadyar to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable property manager to care for the management of their property and get the best results. Thank you so much Saj.

It was an absolute pleasure to have worked with Veronica Hatfield. Her work ethic was second to none, her knowledge vast and her enthusiasm unmatched. Her devotion to duty was exemplary illustrated by the fact that while overseas on holiday she still was able to provide current information on the progress of the sale. Her personality adequately befits that of a sales person. It is without any hesitation that we would have her again as our agent and would strongly recommend her as an agent for any other client.

Veronica is an extremely passionate and professional agent. She always responds quickly to your queries or concerns and genuinely cares about getting a great outcome for her clients. She navigated through this tough sale with tenacity and I believe she went above and beyond for us. She is very honest and conducts herself with great business ethics. If you are selling property, do yourself a favor and sign her up as your agent, you will be happy you did.

My experience with Saj was very positive. Saj was very supportive of my needs, kept me informed of every move he made, every home inspections he organised and he went beyond and above to support me with selling my house. Saj found so many buyers for my house and help me to choose the right buyer so I don’t have to go through so much haggling and processes. This helped me so much with going along with my other commitments and it was stress free process. I really liked doing business with Saj and I’d recommend him for everyone who is looking for a person who is genuine and knowledgeable of his job and goes beyond and above to support you with whether you’re buying or selling. If it wasn’t for Saj’s effort, I may have not been this happy :)

Saj was very friendly to approach from the first instance. Our view on Saj is that he is very patient and keeps his cool always while responding to clients queries. He was super chill. We managed buying this property only viewing it over online. That wouldn’t have happened with out the efforts Saj had presented and the confidence that he had built within us. Great efforts and our best wishes for Saj to continue doing this work and helping out many more buyers.
