Thanks to assist to get the property.Start was good Saj helps to get into the property from Sydney.Few things we didn’t notify until end that oven don’t work ,Fan and aircon was not good working condition.Also after settlement when we put the another aircon the electric cable was not the right regulator maintained cost me another $1500.Spoke to owner of the real estate no help he said if I would rent him out could do something but that stage can’t do anything. Last there was an unsatisfactory end with my brother and saj. My brother who work behalf of me to show me the property. I thought May be will get some compensation but no regrets or call back.

I can’t speak highly enough of Sajad, our real estate agent. He was extremely responsive and proactive on communicating with us from the sale of our house to the purchase of our next. Sajad was always patient and made us feel comfortable, putting real estate jargon into a manner that we were able to make sense of. Sajad was approachable every step of the way , always answering our calls or emails no matter what time of the day.
