Couldn't fault his excellent advice and knowledge in marketing our property in Glenhaven.
We appreciated the advice given on price range, presentation and marketing ideas. This enabled us to sell within a week of listing the property. Also, they were helpful in negotiations and giving advice that was beyond what was expected in seeking a new property that matched our requirements. Mal and I were very impressed from the onset with William’s enthusiasm , knowledge and ability to achieving the task of selling homes in Glenhaven. We observed for a year the houses he and Steve Ford sold in our area (and specifically in our street ) Our conversations were always very frank and robust with a great sense of humour . Terrific Agent
Peter has vast knowledge of the real estate industry and is excellent at presenting this knowledge without being pushy. Peter auctioned my home in February 2019 in uncertain market conditions. Peter designed a wonderful-looking advertising campaign and backed it up with a clever marketing program. Peter's negotiating skill were well tested at the auction and I was thrilled with the eventual sale on the day. I would highly recommend Peter if you are thinking of selling.

Amazing agent, you wont be disappointed
William sold us our house in Glenhaven a few weeks ago and he was a breath of fresh air to deal with. He is not your typical pushy real estate agent and displays high levels of integrity. Nothing was too much trouble with organising inspections and reports and everything was done in a timely manner. We have sinced used William to sell our old house which was sold in a matter of days due to his willingness to accomodate multiple inspections. We couldn't be happier with our choice in agent and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else selling in the hills area.

Great Agents ! Very Personable and Professional !
Steven and Rob are first class operators. They were always friendly, knowledgeable and authentic with us. They were very open with us about the whole process and kept us engaged at every stage.They were courteous and at no point they were being too strong on us. Steven was very attentive and brought about exchange in a professional manner. Then in the lead up to settlement Steven was very helpful and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended.
