Steve was lovely, approachable, responsive and professional. He provided us with valuable market insight prior to listing to help us understand the local market. He also went extra mile to suggest to us how we should style and present the property to attract more interest. When the property was listed, he was talking to buyers on daily basis and providing us with feedback, sometimes at night. He was even happy to stay late during weekdays for late night openings, just to accommodate buyers. The result was exceptional, contract was exchanged 5 days after the first opening and the price exceeded our expectation.
