Steven was the Vendor's agent and as a Purchaser his knowledge of the property was self evident. The process of purchasing was made easy due to his prompt actions in dealing with the negotiation, Nothing was a problem in all our dealings

Will was able to sell our place in an extremely tough market and with extremely tough Vendors. We had an emotional attachment to our house so we weren't willing to just let it go for any price. He communicated regularly with us to keep us up to date on purchaser feedback and movement. His knowledge of the Hills District translated into a sale for us and we are extremely grateful. Highly recommend Will to anyone selling their home in the Hills District.

This is the second time we’ve used Steve and he was brilliant both times. He is one of THE most professional real estate agents i’ve ever had the opportunity to work zeitgeist. What makes him different is he’s honest, has great integrity, is patient and knows the market. His back up team (including Rob) are outstanding and I cannot fault them. Steve sold our house in just 6 weeks and for a great market price even in a down trodden market. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks again Steve (and team)! If you want someone to come and get the job done p get in touch with Steve - you won’t be disappointed!

We appreciated the advice given on price range, presentation and marketing ideas. This enabled us to sell within a week of listing the property. Also, they were helpful in negotiations and giving advice that was beyond what was expected in seeking a new property that matched our requirements. We now highly recommend LJH to friends and anyone selling in the area.

Peter has vast knowledge of the real estate industry and is excellent at presenting this knowledge without being pushy. Peter auctioned my home in February 2019 in uncertain market conditions. Peter designed a wonderful-looking advertising campaign and backed it up with a clever marketing program. Peter's negotiating skill were well tested at the auction and I was thrilled with the eventual sale on the day. I would highly recommend Peter if you are thinking of selling.
