In the journey of buying our dream house, Steve has done a fantastic job. From the first look at the house I could tell that we fell in love with it not just because of the nature of the property but also the great preparation and presentation planned by the agent. Since the first contact Steve has always been in excellent communication with us for all of our inquiries and help needed. It was very comfortable for me and my family during the 3 inspections for the house and Steve has shown his expertise in explaining the features of the property as well as fulfilling our need towards the auction. His sales skill was natural and professional, which made us feel warm and friendly, while sometimes we experienced neglect or boasting with other agents. His experience in the housing business has also played an important role as we didn't encounter any issue from auction to settlement. His performance was well above our expectations.
