Our house was a great little place in a sought after neighbourhood, but situated on a busy street and close to some rowdy tennants. Si it was always going to pose some issues. Michael was fantastic to deal with and every hurdle we had in the lead up to our final sale point he was able to iron out for us with minimal effort from our side.
