Absolute pleasure to deal with Michael Brown from start to finish. Not only was he by far the cheapest agent, he was also the most knowledgeable and most professional in getting the job done. I’d previously tried to sell my house on 2 other occasions for the same price with other companies that charged double the price however Michael Brown was the only one that could get it done and get a sale. If you use anyone else but Michael Brown to sell a house in Toowoomba then you’ll be sorry and pay twice as many fees.

We contacted Joe prior to renovation for market. He gave us an honest opion, verified his market opinion with statistics & kept in touch offering valuable advice for the several months it took to reach market saleability. As we were absentee owners selling our first home it was important to have an agent that would keep in touch with us which Joe did, at minimum, weekly. He was available at all times & never failed to answer our endless questions with patience & honesty.
