was supper happy up till settlement day when the agent went out of his line of duty and started to give the buyer legal advice and stall settlement. this was about something he knew nothing about, every clause in the sales contract had been meet but he tried to say to the buyer that it had not . and that pissed me off as he was being paid to be my agent not theirs.. if he sticks to sales and not legal advice you should be happy. was great quick sale up to that point.
