I very much appreciated Michael Browns appraisal and thoughts on the saleability of my house. Did I want an Open House? No; did I want to consider an Auction? No. It was refreshing to be communicated with in a polite but blunt, up front, manner, no beating about the bush, NO pushiness and also to be given similar recent sales and values in the same area over the past 6 months or so....that was quite a surprise with everything spelt out quite clearly . Michael didn't hassle me and the final outcome was exactly as he had anticipated and forewarned. There were no nasty surprises. I would recommend Michael and will indeed use him again in the future.

From the day I asked Michael to sell my Mums home to the day her home was sold and the days following , he was there when I needed him to be and from my past experiences with Real Estate Agents that is not always the case. Michael kept me up to date with what was happening and so I did not need to wonder if he was actually doing anything to sell Mums home. I just knew from his updates that he was doing a good job for me.
