Joe did a great job in selling my mothers house. Within a few days of listing the house he had a potential buyer for us and within a week was able to negotiate a price that we were happy with. He stayed in constant contact so we new what was happening at each turn. Joe made the contract process easy for us and the commission rates were very reasonable. He was very personable and we were able to approach him with any issues and he sorted them out for us. Everything you would want in a Real Estate Agent!!
