I found Michael to be honest and fair during the sale process, and he was always contactable even at inconvenient times. It seemed to me he was trying to achieve a good result not just get a "quick sale" and also he didn't pressure me to accept any offer. I normally don't trust Agents from past experience, so using Michael and seeing integrity in a sales professional was most refreshing.

Michael was very helpful and worked hard to sell our property even when the sale fell through the first time.

I highly recommend Joe Ryan from Myhouse Real Estate. From my first contact with Joe he was Professional, Courteous, kind & patient. There was nothing to small that he wouldn't do for me. He always answered my calls & sorted out any problems I had quickly. As I am an older person I found it hard to get an agent that understands older people but Joe treated me with respect & dignity. He has made my home purchase a happy and successful experience.

The thing that I appreciated most about Michael is that he will ring you every week to give you an update, even if there is nothing to report. Even in the difficult areas of town, Michael won’t give up; he will keep pushing for a sale.

My wife and I were investigating the idea of purchasing an investment property and were a little daunted at the prospect of the potential outlay to secure a reasonable property with a good rental yield and solid tenants. After having looked at various units and townhouses we came across Michael who suggested a landed property. We were sceptical to say the least as we felt that this would be out of our budget. Michael not only found us an excellent property yielding better than the regional average but it also had long term tenants who were happy to extend their new lease and we got all of this almost $30k under our planned budget. Needless to say Michael and his agency now manage our investment property and he and his team have been invaluable in the service they offer us. Gareth Stapleton.

Joe is a good agent without the cheesy vibe that a lot of agents have. We will continue to use him for our other properties.
