The best agent by far!

Matt and Rhi have continued to go above and beyond throughout the sale of our house. Their commitment and communication is outstanding. Not only are they very helpful and knowledgeable but they are also very kind, down to earth and compassionate people. They will get the best price for your house and keep you updated every step of the way. I have sold 3 homes before and they are the best agents I have ever come across by far, I highly recommend them!

Attentive , professional, stressfree and knowledgeable

From all my previous experiences with real estate agents , Pearls is the most stand out agent . She is excellent in doing the job , humble and attentive . I love her honesty and communication skills that she always keeps seller up to date with the selling process . She ensure that all seller’s concerns will be addressed to and giving us a stress free experience!! The biggest achievement of Pearls is that she has sold my unit within less than one week since it was put on market !!! I have had such a nice and smooth selling experience with Pearls as my sole agent !! I am 100% satisfied and would come back to her for my next investment . Matt and Rhi at one percent property sales, have been a dream to work with.
