It seems we listed a little late for what many consider the “best time of the year,” and our house was priced in a range that excluded many first-home buyers, so Kim certainly had her work cut out for her. Once the contract was signed, we moved out, and because it was a long settlement, Kim kindly offered to keep an eye on the property while we arranged lawn care (thanks Randall!).
