When sellers are choosing an agent to sell, what is often the most valuable asset we will ever own, we all have the same concerns and anxieties. In the end it comes down to trust and 5 minutes after I met David, with his down to earth manner and easy going nature, I knew I could trust him to take care of me and my property. By comparison to some of the other agents we have dealt with David was a breath of fresh air and really felt like he was trying to match up the right buyer, seller and house pairing for all involved. As well as being open with information and prompt in answering our questions, we never felt like we were having the wool pulled over us. Being that it was our first time buying a house the whole experience was daunting but David offered suggestions and experience that made the whole process a lot less stressful than we anticipated once we got down to brass tacks about the property we ended up buying. If I have to sell or buy property again, David Sullivan and One Percent would be my first calls.
