I had the pleasure of working with Mele twice—first when she helped me purchase my first home a few years ago, and again when I decided to sell my property. From start to finish, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, deep knowledge of the market, and outstanding communication skills. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mele to sell my property located on the hill, which I knew would be a challenge in the current market. Having purchased the property just two years ago during a booming market, I was concerned about achieving a favorable sale. However, Mele exceeded my expectations in every way. From the outset, Mele demonstrated a deep understanding of the local market and the unique challenges of selling a property like mine. Her expertise and proactive approach were evident as she worked tirelessly to attract potential buyers. What impressed me the most was her negotiation skills. After we received interest from a single buyer, Mele dedicated an entire week to negotiating on our behalf. She was not only persistent but also strategic, ensuring that we achieved a price we were genuinely happy with before the auction. Thanks to Mele’s hard work and dedication, I was able to sell my property prior to auction, which was a significant relief in this challenging market. I highly recommend Mele to anyone looking to sell their property. Her professionalism, negotiation skills, and commitment make her a standout agent. Thank you, Mele, for your outstanding service! Mele is professional who knows her job and her suburb/area. The Powerpoint presentation on our first meeting demonstrated to us that she knows what she's doing. She's reliable and has kept us up to date with her movements regarding the sale of our property. We got a fair price which was reflective of the current market.
