Professional agent with excellent negotiation skills

Mele sold my apartment when the real estate market was in a downturn (interest rates lifted and the budget changes to negative gearing spooked the market etc). She managed to get a sale price well OVER AND ABOVE my expectations. She called her databases to get potential buyers through and has excellent negotiation skills. She is worth every bit of her commission!
