Mele sold our property in Aug24 and I cannot praise her highly enough. Throughout the whole campaign Mele provided us with honest, timely and accurate updates, including - A realistic market value appraisal, with the final price falling well within the range she provided - Honest and insightful advice on what needed to be done to maximise our home's value. - Confidence in rejecting a pre-auction offer which ended up being much lower than the sale price - At a critical moment just before auction, concerns we had about a prospective buyer's proposed contract changes were tactfully and professionally dealt with by Mele. We deferred to her judgment and to our immense satisfaction the auction outcome was fully in line with what she predicted. Mele's honest approach and extensive market knowledge were in complete contrast to other experiences we had of being given over optimistic appraisals. It became clear that Mele's objective is not to say whatever it takes just to secure your business, but to ensure that the final outcome is in line with the initial appraisal she provides. I should also mention that our decision to choose Mele was based on our experience as prospective buyers three years ago. We dealt with countless agents however Mele stood out in sharp contrast to others as one who actually helps the buyer make the best possible informed decision.
