Due to ill health we decided to place our mother in aged care and as a consequence we needed to sell her home of over 40 years. We wanted an agent who was knowledgeable on the area, would follow up where necessary, was proactive to changing market conditions, and who would be prepared to recommend any changes to the marketing/selling process. The agent would also be required to update us on a weekly basis. As we had previously lived in the area for some years we had some idea of the better agents.
