It was never a question as to which agent we would choose to sell our beachfront home. We purchased our home from Ben and we were extremely impressed with his follow up and professionalism as buyers so when it came time to sell we didn't think of choosing anyone else. At all times Ben kept us updated and communicated with us no matter what time or day it was. we have bought and sold way too many times to mention and work in the property industry so we are not easily pleased. Ben was very helpful in our purchase of our new home, he was not pushy in anyway and was great with communication between ourselves and the couple we were purchasing off.
