Ben went above and beyond to find us our property, which we bought "off market". Always returned our calls and made properties available for inspection to suit our availability. We highly recommend Ben

Ben, and all his team at Milton are very good and so far have been a pleasure to deal with. Phone calls are returned the same business day or email response is given - which is very professional.

Ben & I have long history with this property. I was very surprised & pleased with quick sale at asking price. I think Ben may also had been surprised by speed, but he did excellent job at acceptance of good offer. Thank you and all your staff for your assistance and management of my property over last 12 years.

The property sold much faster than I thought it would. Ben's appraisal was spot on.

My property purchase was a very smooth process! I was impressed with Ben's prompt and professional responses to my enquiries in the lead-up to my interstate purchase. He was instrumental in coordinating various services for me, particularly after I returned to Brisbane. I couldn't be happier with my new home and choice of agent!

We recently purchased the above property from Robert, he was great, it was not an easy purchase as the house was unfinished and we had problems with the bank giving us the loan, all in all Robert was very helpful and helped us reach our goal of a place in Kings Point.

Very happy with Ben Pryde and staff at Milton office. I was kept in the loop at every stage and feedback after each inspection was prompt. All my phone calls were answered and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I would not hesitate in telling others, and I have done so, to use Ben when selling. Thank you Ben,Brianna and team. Joy.

Myself and my wife can't speak more highly of Robert granger and Raine and Horn Ulludulla. The most important aspect of this purchase process was his communication right through to the exchange .He was always available which kept us aware of the journey and to us it left no negative opportunity to let our minds wander into unfounded conclusions.Even after exchange the team at Raine and Horn are making this transition more helpful with contact and advice on what we need to do and offering help with regards to getting services up and running way before the actual move.So yes we are happy with the level of professionalism .Thankyou Robert Granger and Raine and Horn Ulladulla.
