Great Agent
We have dealt with Ben for over 6 years purchased 1 property and sold 2 over this time. Ben has always been exceptional just a really nice guy, no hard sell. Always keeps you informed and has not let us down ever. We told him how much we wanted to pay and how much we wanted when selling and he has always achieved close to it, of course it depends a lot on the market. We Would recommend Ben Pryde to anyone looking for a great agent. I am sure we will be dealing with him again in the near future.

An absolute pleasure to deal with Ben
Ben Pryde is the epitome of a helpful, patient, courteous agent who spent two years waiting for me to sell my property and finally find a cute cottage in Milton. Every week I received alerts of new properties on the market and he did his best to accommodate me any time I requested an inspection. Every request for information was answered promptly, nothing was too much trouble. I have worked in real estate for around 13 years and he is the hardest working agent I have encountered.
