We have dealt with Ben for over 6 years purchased 1 property and sold 2 over this time. Ben has always been exceptional just a really nice guy, no hard sell. Always keeps you informed and has not let us down ever. We told him how much we wanted to pay and how much we wanted when selling and he has always achieved close to it, of course it depends a lot on the market. Ben Pryde is the epitome of a helpful, patient, courteous agent who spent two years waiting for me to sell my property and finally find a cute cottage in Milton.
