Ben Pryde is the epitome of a helpful, patient, courteous agent who spent two years waiting for me to sell my property and finally find a cute cottage in Milton. Every week I received alerts of new properties on the market and he did his best to accommodate me any time I requested an inspection. Every request for information was answered promptly, nothing was too much trouble. I have worked in real estate for around 13 years and he is the hardest working agent I have encountered. He deserves every success he has achieved. Thank you Ben.

Rob was fantastic from start to finish. Was friendly, and positive and dealt with the buyer really well too. Did everything we required! Would recommend to anyone. Considering rob is new to the game he has a great passion for it.

Ben was helpful, polite, informative, professional and went above and beyond what was expected. He always returned our phone calls and followed through on what he said he would do. Ben was honest and a genuinely nice person who made our purchase a pleasant experience from start to finish.

We always had confidence that Ben was working hard to sell our property; giving it the best possible exposure and ensuring follow up with potential buyers. His willingness to keep a check on security and attend to details of presentation of our property; in our absence; demonstrated both his respectful approach and professional commitment to his role. Ben is friendly, down-to-earth and unassuming; traits that make him a pleasure to work with.

We found Rob Granger to be a very helpful and friendly agent. He kept us informed of the interest of buyers for our property and then when a buyer was found he informed us of the progress of our sale throughout the process. Rob is a professional real estate agent who we would recommend to anyone.

Vendors expect a great deal from their agents. Many do not deliver. Our experience is that Ben Pryde satisfied virtually all of our expectations and demands. We are clients who like to "customise" our arrangements with the sales agent, & Ben was able to accept and assist in the agenda and style that we wanted in our sales campaign. He always responded positively to our requests. As a result, we felt comfortable and confidant in his handling of the sale. He at all times acted with integrity and gave some very sound advice, which we followed. His professionalism was outstanding.

Ben's knowledge of Mollymook was outstanding, he went above and beyond any other real estate agent I have ever dealt with to help us out. His professionalism and communication with us was benchmark and would certainly recommend Ben to friends and family seeking guidance or to buy/ sell in the area.
