Three Generations
Bevin was an obvious choice to us as he has previously sold both my mothers and grandmothers house, making us the third generation to sell with him. He was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was able to provide us with expert advice around pricing and advertising techniques. We followed his advice and in doing so we received multiple offers with great conditions and above our asking price. He was extremely open and honest around his negotiations with buyers, and we felt like understood what was happening the whole time. In the future if we sell again I wouldn't hesitate in getting in contact with Bevin and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an honest and reliable real estate agent.

High Achiever with Impressive Results!
It has been a wonderful experience dealing with Bevin of Ray White, Annerley. Our family home had been vacant for some 8 months, and whilst not neglected, was very sad and tired and badly in need of a great deal of TLC. As with the majority of Vendors, we believed our home was worth well above the suburb’s median price. However, in its’ current state, our home would possibly only realise 70% of this amount. Bevin’s initial inspection was respectful, professional, and informative and gave us the confidence to trust him with the sale of our home, a decision for which we shall always be thankful. He suggested that if we were to maximise our selling price, we would need to commit some funds to improving the appearance. He then provided contact details to assist us in making our home “buyer ready”. At the same time, we gave Bevin the opportunity to exercise his extensive knowledge, construct and implement an appropriate strategic plan and utilise his years of experience in the real estate industry.
