Honest and reliable agent.
I highly recommend Sharon and Kate as agents for property sales whether for local sales or other areas of Brisbane. Their market knowledge was extensively researched, I was always informed by either Sharon or Kate about the progress of sale which gave me peace of mind resulting in a terrific result. Highly recommend Bevin to future property sellers
Bevin had a great amount of knowledge of the local property market and was willing to share it with us. At all points of the sales process, my 90 year old mother felt she was the decision maker. Whilst there was concern in living in the same house for 67 years, Bevin gentle and respectful approach removed a lot of the potential stress. I highly recommend Bevin.

Great Agent
Bevin had to work extremely hard to win my confidence. My husband and I have had some very bad experiences with real estate agents over the past ten years. Consequently, I met Bevin with great trepidation. What can I say? He was amazing. He worked tirelessly for us in the sale of our house. We decided to go to auction and he walked us through every step. He suggested several ways to improve the house which didn't cost money just hard work but that was fine. It all made a difference. We were in almost daily contact with him and he gave us up to date feedback whether good or bad. He didn't push us to stage the house I actually suggested it I think to his relief. I feel that made a great difference in the sale. He was always very aware we had spent quite a bit of money getting this house up to a point it could be sold as the last real estate agent had been appaling and the house had been rented for many years and we weren't aware of the terrible state it was in. The auction was a great success and we were very happy. I would highly recommend Bevin to anyone who wanted to sell or buy a home. He is honest, hardworking and also a very nice man. He did a brilliant job and I Thank him very much.
