Having been burnt in previous dealings with a different real estate agent, we were leery of agents. Sharon and Nathan were the selling agents for a property we wanted, and we hired them to sell our current house as well (the new purchase depended on the sale of our house). We found Sharon and Nathan to be professional, open and honest, and their advice and feedback was consistent all the way through. They never pressured us even when our deadline to sell blew out, potentially affecting both sales. Rather, they did everything they could to renegotiate deadlines to suit all parties.
