We had our property on the market for 2 years without one offer, this was during good times. We contacted RateMyAgent and Steve was recommended and a business acquaintance also recommended Steve. Our first meeting left us convinced that Steve would sell our property. His communication was excellent in that he spoke to us and did not give us loads of statistics. His fees and commission were so much more affordable when compared to the other agents. He was honest in his assessment of our property in relation to the market and we had complete trust in his abilities to market and sell our property. Our property entered the market immediately following the fires followed by the lockdown due to the Coronavirus virus. Steve remained positive and with open days and top level advertising, while all the while remaining so professional and reassuring. He sold our property for a good price which then allowed us to buy our dream home.
