We found Steven to be the perfect sales person. Able to answer all our questions. He did not try to gloss over any tricky ones We were worried it would be too much above our budget. He keep us interested and said you never know until the auction day. You may get it. We are both excited about taking possession.

Excellent Service From Ray White, Batehaven.
My husband and I first met Steven Mason when we accepted his offer of a complimentary evaluation of our property. This was about 12 months before we decided to put our house on the market. We found him very easy going, informative and very knowledgeable about the NSW South Coast market even though his agency had not long opened in the area. He was our first and only choice of agent when we decided to sell about two months ago. Going through the process towards auction Steve kept us well informed about possible buyers and respected our need to know his evaluation of the amount of interest shown.His knowledge of the electronic media for advertising was exceptional, and he patiently answered any questions these two " Senior Citizens" had for him at any time. We were successful at obtaining an excellent sale at auction and are very pleased and grateful for the whole team effort at Ray White, Batehaven. Highly recommend Steve Mason!
Having no choice but to sell my parents house after they both died and still dealing with probate and solicitors and all the stress of tying up loose ends I was not sure I would be able to deal with this on top of everything but Steven was fantastic. Extremely easy to talk to and nothing was a problem for him to take care of. Living nearly 1600kms away it was a blessing and everything went so well because of his expertise and experience. Highly recommend Steve.

it took a while but he got the job done
Despite it taking a while to sell our home, I would definitely use Steve again if the need arises. Steve went to great lengths to find a buyer for our home at a time when house sales were on a decline. We found both Steve and his team to be very professional and very well organised.
