We decided to sell our property at the start of a very difficult time in the property cycle and during the process we felt that Steve and his team provided sensible and relevant advice on the sale without over stating or under stating the difficulties involved. Eventually, after receiving a number of unacceptable offers, we had a reasonable offer which was sucessfully negotiated by Steve to an acceptable level and with help from the office we completed the sale in early December. Anybody considering buying or selling property in the area should talk to Steve and his team.

Good price at a difficult time
Stephen did an excellent job securing an acceptable price for my home. Being based in Sydney, Stephen ensured that my home remained well presented and cared for during a long selling process due to the bush fires. His determination allowed me to ultimately achieve a price that I was happy with given the difficulties that 2020 threw at the market. I would recommend him as an honest broker who keeps you well informed throughout the selling process.

Steven showed us A number of properties which met our brief, including one I had chosen from domain. He made our purchase of that house easy and pleasant. He helped the vendor solve a problem with their purchase this enabling our purchase to go ahead.

Steven and his team from the first appointment were with me all the way. Very quick and efficient with their marketing. I was very happy with all photos and reviews of my property. Had a few open houses that were all very much up to high standards for inspection. Also Steven, Terri, and team, did answer my many phone calls! I cannot thank them all enough!

Friendly and courteous in all respects I could not recommend Steve and Terri more highly.
Steve and his assistant Terri made sure that I was informed at every turn of the negotiations to buy my property. As with all such transactions problems did arise but they were dealt with in a timely manner and, again I was kept up to date with daily progress. Friendly and courteous in all respects I could not recommend Steve and Terri more highly. Buying a property can be a stressful and sometimes exhausting process but my transaction was made far less so in this case.
