Very competitive rates but not just that he is a great guy and had outstanding communication throughout the whole process. Another stand out from others was his informative materials and his innovative ideas compared to the others we spoke to. He had ideas and perspectives specific to our property that the other agents did not. He listened to our goals, he was honest and explained the current real estate market situation with us from the start unlike some agents who may unrealistically inflate your sale price to get business. We were very happy with the entire process from start to finish and happy with our final sale price and buyer. Absolutely no issues. I have another property coming up for sale next year and I would love to have him back for round 2.
