Glen Wilson did an excellent job in introducing us to the unit at 3/32 Rock Street, Scarborough. One or both of us attended three open inspections, plus a personal meeting in the office when he went through the contract process in detail and adequately answered all of our numerous questions. He was also very prompt in answering our various enquiries via email as well. He was always punctual, friendly and welcoming, and very willing to answer anything we asked, or find out and get back to us if it was something he wasn’t sure of (i.e. a proposed wheelchair ramp which may have affected the privacy of the unit). Glen was always very professional, but also very likeable and easy to work with.

First met Glen at the house viewing where he did an excellent job showing us the highlights of the property. As this was our first time putting an offer on a home - he took the time to walk us through the process and made recommendations for the various professionals we would need to complete the settlement. Throughout the process, he always made himself available to help us with any questions or issues we had. Even though Glen wasn't our agent before we started looking for a house, he certainly felt like 'our agent' after everything was settled.
