Purchasing an investment property is a big decision, and in our case even more so as my sister, wife and I bought the property sight unseen. We had a friend inspect it on our behalf, so we relied heavily on Jay's honesty and communication throughout the process. From our first phone conversation, Jay was responsive, professional and always available when we had questions. We needed to extend our finance approval twice, and he handled both requests without any issues, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward. What really stood out was that Jay was genuine and upfront. He was frank about the property and never tried to oversell it. That honesty gave us the confidence to move forward with the purchase. Easy to talk to and very approachable.

Jay and Michelle are everything you’d want in a realestate agent. Obviously extremely knowledgeable in what’s happening locally. We were very lucky that they had someone on their books that they believed would be interested in our property. This proved to be the case, as we didn’t even go to market. Would certainly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to sell.
