From the moment I met Thomas Merriman, I knew we were in good hands. He went through the process clearly and thoroughly, answering any questions we had along the way. His knowledge of the local market was exceptional resulting in an excellent marketing campaign that hit the mark. Thomas kept us well informed throughout the course of the campaign and the fact that it was only brief, is once again testament to his knowledge and and excellent skills in real estate. I would not hesitate to use Thomas again or to recommend him to others. Thank you Thomas on a great sale.

Rowan has been professional throughout my entire house buying process. I’m totally stunned by Rowan communication skills and his passion towards the property market. Buying this property is not a easy process as it engages a lot of parties, absolutely more than the buyer and seller. However Rowan had always remained calm and quick to whatever requests. Absolutely highly recommended to anyone I know wishing to buy property in north shore area.

We asked Rowan to sell our place in a challenging market within a tight timeframe with high expectations. We'd already been through a difficult campaign and switched to Rowan as we'd heard good things about him. Rowan put us at ease immediately through his knowledge of the market, and by outlining a strategy he believed would get us a result. He brought a much needed sense of authority, calm and optimism in what could have been a very stressful time. Simply put, he got the job done and I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to sell their property.
