When searching for agent to sell our home, Rowan indeed ticked the full criteria for us ! He certaintly went beyond our expectations in supporting, guiding and communicating to us in what is a stressful time. Without hesitation, we would certainly recommend Rowan for buying or selling a property.

Thomas was so helpful, professional and very patient during the marketing and sale of our property. Thomas was very highly recommended to us by a friend realestate that lives out of our area. His knowledge of properties in the area was so invaluable. Help with how our property should be presented was very appreciated by us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Thomas to anyone who is thinking of selling their property. Cathy

Thomas was recommended to us via another realestate agent that we have use in the past but not in our local area. We found Tom understanding, knowledgable and very energetic. His overall knowhow and recommendations where invaluable when we sat down to plan out the marketing campaign. Thomas's customer service during the process were professional, informative and always communicated to keep us in the loop. When time came for negotiations Thomas was extremely professional and always kept our interest in mind. I would have no hesitation in recommending Thomas when selling your property. Matt Bolin is probably the best agent that my wife and I have ever had dealings with and we have bought and sold many properties over the years. His advice and attentiveness during the negotiations and sale process was excellent which gave us an acceptable result in a difficult market.

We bought and sold our house with Matt and he offered honest, local market advice for us from day one. He is lovely to work with and his network in the local community reaches far and wide.

Yes Matt worked as a team player with Graeme Schultz in achieving a great outcome of getting the residence of 11 Ku-Ring-Gai Ave, Turramurra sold in a very difficult real estate market of 2018. This market is depressed and different from those in the past in that the banks have been very tights for buyers in acquiring finance. Hence the agents have had to work very hard to get a result. But Matt and Graeme worked as a good team to achieve a good result.
