Compared to other Realties in Perth who we approached, their focus on us and our requirements was exceptional. Firstly, they found exactly the property that we were looking for, secondly, it was perfectly located for our requirements, thirdly, it fitted our rather specific requirements to a tee! How is that for a hat trick? Fortunately for us, the property was "Ex Market" so Natalie was able to steer us through the negotiation process seamlessly but very professionally. This was not a straightforward process as we are in Melbourne, the vendor was deceased and his agent was in Indonesia and the property is tenanted. Alannah and Natalie then dealt with all the negotiations steered us through all this as if it was straightforward, which it certainly was not. They kept us and each other informed of progress and nothing was too much bother and we believe that they went above and beyond the call of duty to work through the problems as they arose and to keep us and our Conveyancer informed, as potential roadblocks were overcome. It was mot helpful that they worked seamlessly with our conveyancer throughout the process.
