What a great experience! One of the most stressful times of a person’s life was made so much smoother for us thanks to Jade. From an initial consultation nearly a year ago, to the recent handover of keys after we moved on to our new place, the service and support provided by Jade and the team at Red Fox Property was exceptional. The golden nuggets she provided during the initial consultation helped guide us through the renovations of our West Perth property, ensuring we were focussing on areas that would provide most return value. Once we were ready to sell that’s when Jade shone. She broke the process down and made it simple to follow, keeping us informed and updated throughout the build up. With us being a young family she was also very conscious of this with her advice. The home opens and the offer process was very exciting but daunting at the same time. Jade again guided us through this process with great detail, patience. and kept us updated as each day progressed, leading to locking in of an offer. The final figure was much higher than anticipated and allowed us to broaden our search. Enabling us to find the perfect family home without having to stretch too far in this wild market. We cannot begin to describe how wonderful, competent and outstanding Nat and her team are. From the get go, Nat instilled so much confidence in us with her strategy and approach. After the first weekend on the market with Nat, we were blown away by the results. After having periously had our fingers burnt with a different agency who completely missed the mark with marketing our property, it is very apparent that even in a hot market, real estate agents matter. Hand to heart, Nat is the best agent for the job if you are selling in Inglewood or surrounds. She knows her market and is so well spoken and approachable. Thank you Red Fox team for everything. This girl was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, always answered the phone, arranged trades for me etc. The property is in Mt Lawley and I am in Sydney, so her help was very necessary. I cannot recommend her too highly, and wish her and the team all the best for the future. You will not be disappointed with their services
