Nat and the Red Fox Property Group team were exceptional from start to finish.
Selling our family home was a big and emotional step for us. It was the first home we bought, where we had lived for 15 years, carefully restored and renovated, and the home we brought our daughter home to. It held very special memories, so we wanted an agent who would understand that and handle the sale with genuine care and respect.
Nat and her team did exactly that. From the outset they were supportive, organised, proactive, efficient and genuinely lovely to deal with. Every step felt considered and well managed. They were always several steps ahead, clearly explaining what was coming next, what we needed to prepare, and what we should expect or be aware of. In many cases, there was very little for us to do because they had already taken care of it.
Whenever a small challenge came up, Nat and her team were calm, practical and solution focused. Nothing felt too hard, and we always felt like we were in capable hands. Their process is clearly well thought out and backed by a great deal of experience, which gave us confidence throughout.
What could have been a stressful and emotional process became something we genuinely enjoyed. It felt exciting, positive, calm and well supported from beginning to end. We honestly could not fault the experience, and I cannot think of any feedback on how the process could have been improved.
We would not hesitate to work with Nat and the Red Fox Property Group team again if we were ever selling in the future. We would happily recommend them to anyone selling in the area, and would personally vouch for the quality of their service, process and care.
They know their stuff, they are excellent at what they do, and they are genuinely wonderful people to have in your corner.
