Hi, I'm Nat Hoye. Founder of the boutique Agency Red Fox Property Group. You’ve likely seen me hanging out on Beaufort Street, met me at a home open, or seen one of my posts promoting our local businesses & suburbs on our socials. I started Red Fox to give home selling a much-needed makeover. And do things differently - in an intelligent way. The Red Fox way. Our goal is to keep the soul in the selling process and help buyers make an emotional connection with your home and our ‘hood. Two things you should know about me: 1. I *really* like to walk! (I reckon it’s a bit underrated as a pastime) and 2. I’m a huge advocate of empathy being an essential part of any decent real estate toolkit. It can seem like a fine line to walk, that sales-y space between pushy and passive. But that space is where empathy comes in. It takes buckets of it to guide buyers to make solid decisions and help sellers reach their target price while respecting that, again, real estate is personal. (And, hey, I already mentioned that I really love a good stroll.) Tuning into your real estate needs is an art as much as it’s a science. You know as well as I do that it’s not all beds, baths, and, “how big a house will fit on this block?” It’s about feeling. It’s about intention. It’s about matching homes with their perfect humans. And it’s why, after 24+ years in the game, I’m still enamoured with real estate. So if you ever spot me legging it down Angove Street just know my head is full of formulas and strategies, negotiation and plans, goals and ideas. But my heart? Full to overflowing with excitement and satisfaction and joy in getting your home sold to someone who will love it as you do. It is the Red Fox way, after all. Still, I’ve got plenty more love to go around. For the Perth restaurant scene, for yoga and gardening, and for my brilliant kids who I’ve raised into young adults all while getting to do this gig that I treasure so much.

After a decade learning and refining every aspect of real estate sales admin and operations, I was absolutely ready for an evolution (and I’m always up for being challenged even more). Which is why now you’ll find me loving a sales support role alongside Nat while still being the operational heart of Red Fox. As well as passing on my expertise to others to help them grow too. See? Hats. They suit me. Day-to-day I’m still looking after our clients, keeping them in the loop, and supporting them to have a smooth and stress-free selling experience. Because there’s nothing better than that. Only now I’m even deeper into the sales and support process. I get a huge buzz when clients say how friendly, approachable, and easy we are to deal with – helping them well beyond what they expected. It’s a joy to give clients the service I think they deserve. They know we’ve got their back and genuinely care about them. Head and heart – that’s Red Fox in a nutshell. Always has been. And speaking of love, I have a big old soft spot for Beaufort Street. Not surprising, right? Whether it’s grabbing my morning coffee, a lunchtime takeaway, or a sneaky wine on a weekend with my besties, you’ll find me there most days. If you see me, let’s ‘cheers!’ One thing you might not know about me is that I’m a Kiwi. I started my grand tour, got to Perth and, well, stopped. (But can you blame me? There’s nowhere better.) I have a reputation for making friends easily – which comes in handy when you’ve left your family to start somewhere new. I now call Perth home (but an Esky will always be a Chilly Bin!)

Third Time Using Them, Excellent as Always

This is our third time working with Nat and her team and once again, our expectations were met. Their communication is excellent, always responsive and keeping us informed throughout. They have strong market knowledge, are confident negotiators that are realistic and handled a particularly tricky situation calmly and professionally, making the whole process far less stressful and seamless. I felt as if I were her only client!
