David assistance has been great when I bought this property - true professional! During the house inspection, he gave me an honest assessment on what would happen and all the questions that I have asked have been answered. On the contract signing, he then further explain what I need to consider in a nutshell instead of reading thru the many pages. In turns out, what he has stated appears to be correct. Moreover, he always answers his phone when I have further queries and has further assisted me on this. I will truly recommend David to my family and friends.
