Bill Knaggs Real Estate recently sold our home in a very short time, in a very high demand area. I look at many Real Estate posters around Nelson Bay, most of them showing Glossy photos of Sales persons selling themselves !!. Bill Knaggs Real Estate Have established posters representing their services to both the Seller & buyer. Bill Knaggs Real Estate was highly recommended to us particularly in relation to their unique empathy in understanding the requirements of the client. Moreso their extreme knowledge of Real Estate in Port Stephens Aramis Pincovai was at all times an outstanding professional in representing us to sell our property, and maintaining a very high standard to the Company he also represents. We hold Aramis's integrity in the highest esteem and recommend him and his company, Bill Knaggs Real Estate to anyone buying, selling or even leasing their property. We would be delighted to speak to anyone directly expressing our thanks to Aramis and his services. Alan & Suzanne Miller Corlette

We were naturally a little hesitant at first about using an out-of-town (Fingal Bay) agent to sell our property at Stockton Beach. However, we really liked the ideas and attitude of both yourself (Aramis Pincovei) and Bill Knaggs. Our confidence was rewarded and we remain certain that we made the right choice. You kept in touch ith us throughout the marketing period and were courteous and professional at all times. It is a rare thing nowadays but you exceeded all our expectations. Thanks again.

Aramis gives 110%, the service I received during the sale of my property was outstanding, I would highly recommend Aramis for the sale of your property.

Aramis did an outstanding job for us. He was able to accommodate our needs based on our tight schedule to locate and purchase our holiday unit. He was knowledgeable and listened to our requests. He went above and beyond what we expected. The transaction went very well and we would recommend the Bill Knaggs Team to anyone needing their knowledge and expertise. Excellent Buyer’s Representative!

To whom It may concern I recently sold a 1 bedroom unit in Fingal Bay where Aramis Pincovai was the selling agent, acting on behalf of Bill Knaggs Real Estate. In commenting about the sales process and my assessment of the real estate agent, I make the following points: • The marketing strategy for the property both on the internet (thanks Rowena!) and at the property was in my opinion first class. I couldn't have asked for anything better. • The advice offered for the presentation of the property was practical and sensible and where minor property improvements were recommended, the agent also assisted with the selection of local tradespersons who worked at a reasonable cost. • The sale of the property was completed very quickly and I was very happy with the price achieved. At all stages during the sale, Aramis was quick to respond to questions, always kept me informed, organised weekly open house inspections that he always attended in person and gave me every confidence that the sale of my property was important to him. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for Aramis. I have no hesitation in recommending Aramis Pincovai and the Bill Knaggs Real Estate team.

During the sale process, Aramis always dealt with us in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and he was always responded in a timely fashion to phone calls and texts. I am sure his personality was an asset in selling my parents' home and I have no hesitation in recommending Aramis to future vendors.

I would like to thank Bill Knaggs real estate...in particular Aramis Pincovai's for his professionalism and helpfulness with the purchase of our new home at Fingal Bay . Aramis helped make a sometimes stressful time run very smoothly...once again thank you and all the staff at Bill Knaggs Real Estate PAUL AND LEIGH

Great agent. Reliable, friendly and very professional. Did a fantastic job, sort the right people and did all he could for me. I would highly recommend him, and in fact I have to good friends.

We were very impressed with Aramis in our dealings with him during the purchase of our property. He was professional, punctual, diligent and displayed excellent knowledge of the Port Stephens area. Excellent communication and negotiating!! Absolutely thrilled to get asking price so quickly, couldn't be happier. Thank you so much.

From the very first time we spoke to Aramis he showed professionalism and good knowledge of the area. Finally we had found an agent that was prepared to help us find a house that was suitable. We could call him at any time of the day to ask questions about the house. He even took time out on a Sunday for our son to visit, as this was the only day our son could attend. We would recommend Aramis to anybody that is buying/selling property in the Port Stephens area so contact him. Thank you Aramis.
