Buying in a new location , no matter how familiar you think you are with it , is simply daunting . We had been searching for a property to fit our needs for almost 12 months , wavering between building from scratch or buying a pre loved newer property. Meeting Aramis helped to answer many of our questions on all the locations in the area . Whilst representing the seller of the property we bought , Aramis conducted himself in a highly professional manner . He answered all of our questions promptly . Aramis was good to work with. He was clear in his communication and upfront about in discussing issues. He was easy to keep in touch with...that is, he always returned calls in a timely manner. He was straightforward...that is, he didn't play games. He just managed things in a nice open way. The agency BillKnaggs were very helpful. They had to facilitate tasks which were difficult to accomplish long distance--such as storing some furniture, organising storage and so on.
