We found Aramis, as purchasers, an easy person to deal with. He is did not apply any undue pressure, was timely and responsive and was very helpful assisting us when the vendors delayed settlement by 24 hours. We would go to Aramis if we were to sell the property.
Our initial contact with Aramis Pincovai was on a very hot Saturday in February 2017 at the “Open House” in Gymea Way, Nelson Bay. Aramis greeted us in a very professional but friendly way. He answered the questions we had &, after our making an offer on the property, he organized for us to inspect the architectural concept drawings for the block at the office in Fingal Bay. We were given a very comprehensive briefing on the Community Neighbourhood documents, the concept drawings & the Contract of Sale. Three hours later we signed the Contract of Sale for 13 Gymea Way, Nelson Bay! On our drive back to Sydney we both realized that there were quite a few questions we should have asked. Each & every time we either phoned or emailed Aramis he responded promptly & in many cases went far beyond our expectations with seeking the answers we required. In an industry notorious for "over promising, under delivering" Aramis Pincovai is a breath of fresh air. He knows his market, has an extensive data base of potential clients, the back-up of an experienced and reputable agency and provides the vendor with realistic expectations of the possible outcome. More importantly he has the ability to negotiate the best price for the vendor. I can't comment on his marketing campaign as Aramis had the property sold within days of listing! In summary, don't waste your time listing with any other agent in the area.
