David Sullivan went out of his way to show me the property even though it was during the holiday period. He kept us informed all the way through the process of buying a property in Queensland and how it differs from NSW where we were moving from. I can highly recommend David to any prospective buyer or seller.

I have bought a few houses before , never have met an agent so nice and caring like David , he is also very professional and efficient to follow up with our request , thank you .

We were very pleased and felt we were in good hands from the very first meeting with David from GoGecko. David has extensive knowledge of the market and kept us well informed from start to finish in the sale of our home.

David kept me informed at all stages of the sale and responded quickly to any questions I had.

David gave us honest information and realistic expectations and was able to deliver with a quick sale.

David works supper efficenttly and professionally. Everything he arranged for open day is so professional, which makes customer feels he or she is important custermer to David. He communicates information on time and very clear. I will definitely recommend David to be seller's agent

David was great. He was friendly and helpful. Always able to be contacted and worked to get everyone a satisfactory end result.

David is extremely easy to talk to and genuine in his approach to find a solution for all parties. He's honest and straight to the point which is what I want when buying a property!

Thanks for your help with purchasing our first home. We appreciate the information you gave us and the great communication!

My wife and i bought our new home through David at Go Gecko. Through out the entire process David was a very professional and approachable person. David is one of those people who understand about buying/ selling property and make the process simple by his attention to detail. This was displayed numerous times through out the process but none more so than his attentiveness with phone manner. He would nearly always answer his phone (text if he was busy) and then always call back promptly. To me that's a really important attribute for an agent to have. Thank you David!

David provided the exact service he promised, and on a very reasonable fixed commission. He had a contract on our property in a matter of days. He negotiated the exact price, we were after, then very patiently and diplomatically helped the property to settle. His communication between the parties was impeccable. He really felt like a 'mate' selling our house and not a 'salesman', which is what we expected from all real estate agents. His local area knowledge and attention to detail was very impressive. We will happily recommend him to friends and family.

David was quick to get back to us and facilitated the purchase process for our block of land well.
