As potential and ultimately successful purchasers of a property listed with David, he was very quick to respond to any of our queries, inside and outside of normal business hours. Easy and pleasant to communicate with.
I would like to express how professional & friendly David was to deal with & also his colleague Casey. I have bought & sold houses before & found that Go Gecko Northside were the best I have ever encounted. I would not hesitate to relay their information to anyone who is thinking of selling. David had my house sold before any open home & the price sold was well over what I had listed. Well done!
Both David Sullivan & Casey Flouch from Go Gecko Inner North had a very good understanding of the sales activity in the Bridgeman Downs area and were able to provide relevant property information and advice during the marketing and sale process. We were very satisfied with the service, and we would highly recommend both David & Casey to any potential sellers. Wayne & Lyn
David is a straight shooter and he gets the job done. Always follows up and a man of his word. This is the second house he has sold for us within a week!!! Very happy customers!! Highly recommend David and Go Gecko as they save you a substantial amount of money on commission.
David was a great resource when asking questions about the property and area, reliable and always returned calls.
we have used gecho before and were very satisfied with their performance,we find that gecho staff are one step ahead of the other agents .david was a very experienced agent as he comes straight to the point.[eg no bull about the value of your property] david had a contract on our property within four days and he handled the buyer with kid gloves as the buyer was a solictor and came up with every law in the book to extend the contract.we would recommend david and his team to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling real estate. les, betty, peggy.
