James was a fantastic agent and worked extremely hard to achieve a quick sale with a great result

I cannot speak highly enough of James service, professional style and follow up. He never leaves you wondering about what is happening and keeps you fully informed through the process. It is very refreshing to find an agent that actually works for the vendor and not the purchaser. Keep up the excellent work James

James worked hard to sell my property, knew the market and listened to me and responded appropriately.

James didn't come across as the typical real estate agent that we're used to in Melbourne. He didn't make us feel pressured or come across like a used car salesman. We appreciated his frankness and honesty. His communication has been excellent, both during the negotiations with the vendor and after the signing of the contract. The whole thing has been a great experience and James had a huge part to play in that.

Absolutely great to work with. Professional, reliable and dare I say it honest. Wish he had been in the industry years ago when I was more active in real estate.

James was a fantastic agent to deal with! He made purchasing our investment property very easy. As we are not from the area, he was able to provide information on what areas are good and what are not so good. His communication skills are second to none! Would be very happy to purchase through James again and would also be happy to sell through him :)

James was a pleasure to deal with from the very beginning, his work ethic and Professionalism was outstanding, his communication was excellent he kept me up to date the whole way. A true straight shooter. James is the agent of the future. I strongly recommend him.

James is a professional, reliable agent who was consistently honest within the dealings we have had whilst purchasing an investment property. I would highly recommend him to others.

Thanks James and the team at Buxton Ballarat for the excellent outcome of the sale of our home. We decided to go with this group of agents based on the shared talents within the Ballarat office and were extremely happy with the final outcome. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to sell their home and wanting a very professional approach to the transaction.

James is very professional and dedicated to his customers. He went above and beyond any expectations. Whether it was questions, answers, information or viewing days and times. I have no hesitation in recommending anyone in using him
