James is a passionate, very skilful agent. It what was a stressful time in my life, James provided me with a wealth of knowledge about the current market, along with a friendly nature and fantastic communication skills. He would go above and beyond what you would expect to receive, and he made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the daunting prospect of selling my house. I would highly recommend James and Buxton realestate to my friends and family. Regards Kathryn

We found James to be obliging and easy to talk to. He is a professional enthusiastic young man, who is passionate about his chosen career. We would have no problems recommending him to anyone looking to sell their property.

A relaxed agent who gave us our space and was easy and honest to deal with. Would recommend to others without hesitation. James was quick to keep us updated and professional throughout.

I found James to be very helpfull in the process of purchasing 2/32 Victoria Street, Sebastopol.

James Montano helped sell our house in under 3 weeks. We were very impressed with the way James and Buxton Ballarat handled the sale of our property and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to other potential sellers.

James (chubs) montano, was very helpful and helped us in every way possible to get the house we wanted, very honest and even offering to come paint a couple of feature walls throughout the house absolute legend. Can't thank you enough for the effort you've put in and looking forward to enjoying this beautiful new house of ours.

James was professional and a pleasure to deal with. He kept in contact regularly and went beyond what we were expecting. We managed to purchase our first home at a price we were comfortable with. Thanks to James and the rest of the Buxton team.
