They were professional yet approachable and always worked to accommodate us. Meagan was down to earth and so easy do deal with along this process and we were always made to feel as though we were just as important as the seller. Highly recommend Meagan and her team!!
Meagan was a wonderful agent for us to entrust the selling of our house. She was supportive, positive and a pleasure to work with. She was great at communicating and keeping in touch after our open houses. Meagan always looks at a glass half full and became a friend through the process. She was encouraging right to the end and settled any nerves leading up to the auction and achieved a great result. We thoroughly recommend Meagan for anyone thinking of selling their house - you couldn’t ask for a better agent.
Meagan is truly a one of a kind Real Estate Agent, and the industry needs more agents like her. Meagan has a genuineness to her that prevails her competition, and she has a real level of sincerity and truthfulness to her that can be hard to come by when buying and selling. We first met Meagan when we purchased a property she was selling back in 2020, and from the very day we met her, we thought to ourselves she was the most natural, honest and warm-hearted agent we’d ever met. We then stayed in contact with Meagan for the following year or so whilst we completed our renovation project, and even throughout this period when we weren’t even on the market, she would still remain available to us for advice and feedback along the way – her passion for real estate is serious and her experience in the market is noticeable. All round Meagan is exceptionally friendly, helpful, professional, warm and informed, whilst also being contactable almost 24/7 and whilst always being prompt in her responses. You couldn’t find a more good-natured agent if you tried, and we would highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their home!
We have known Meagan for a number of years and have watched her grow and dominate the Cannon Hill market. This is the first time we have listed with Place (through Meagan) and were impressed with the results (record result for property size). Meagan devised a tailored campaign for the sale of our property and we were thrilled with the outcome. We would recommend Meagan and her team to others and will be in touch for future sales. Thanks Meagan and team MM.
Meagan is more than a top performer, who sold our house with a great outcome, she is a person with true integrity that you can trust. And this is absolutely a rare find these days. Her in-depth understanding of the local area, realestate expertise and sold history tell it all, but what impressed our most were in deed herself as a person. Her strong ethical principles, honest and responsive communications, respectfulness and enthusiasm helped reducing stress throughout the whole selling process. We couldn’t be happier with Meagan and have no hesitation to recommend her to anyone looking to sell!
We found Meagan by chance when she was showing another property nearby. We immediately felt comfortable with her and the approach to market as she wasn't pushy or trying to oversell herself or what could be achieved. We ended up selling off-market which was perfect for what we needed and achieved a great price with minimal hassle. It was the perfect fit of Meagan’s experience in the local market and her understanding of the clients that allowed a match to the buyer to be made so quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Meagan in the future as the whole process has been a stress free pleasure.
We have never met another agent like Meagan. From our first meeting when we bought through Meagan, we instantly felt like part of her family. There was no other choice when it came time to sell. She is professional, efficient, helpful and engaging. She consistently keeps you in the loop and nothing was ever too much trouble. She made the sale so quick and stress free. We just wish there was a Meagan Muir in every town.
In the lead up to selling my unit I spoke with a few agents and Meagan was the perfect choice. She was enthusiastic about selling, prompt with replies and listened to what I wanted. Meagan kept me well informed and did everything she could to support my needs as my selling agent. She was able to sell my unit quicker than I could have hoped with a great result. I would without a doubt recommend Meagan to anyone wanting to sell!
We found Meagan doing what she does well, selling properties. It was just up the road from us, and we were surprised at the price being asked for the units she was selling. Straight after that open home she came over to see our place and answer our questions. From there it was obvious we had found our agent. From the beginning to the end Meagan was extremely approachable, professional, and helpful and she did sell our place for a very good price as she said she could.
Meagan has now sold two homes for us, and she has had a clear plan to get the best result from the get-go. She enables these plans with her work ethic, her honesty, and her friendly smile. It hasn’t been by chance that she has had such success in the area, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else to achieve the result she has for us! Go Team Muir!
I first met Meagan many years ago through a very dear friend who used Meagan to sell a home for her in Cannon Hill… My friend was extremely impressed by her confident demeanour… Meagan managed to sell her property without advertising, above the sellers price and within a week of the “For Sale” sign being erected. I contacted Meagan to sell my house recently and nothing was to much trouble. She always keep me up to date with progress and even managed to re-instate my solar power fault over the phone. I would happily recommend Meagan to any seller as my house was also sold soon after it went on the market. Selling your most valuable asset is very stressful and having someone with intimate knowledge of the area who is willing to go the “extra yard” to secure you the best price in the shortest time is fabulous. You won’t be disappointed !!!
Meagan Muir is one of the best agents one can get. We had met quite a few agents to sell our townhouses but from the first time we met Meagan, we had decided that she is the one to sell our townhomes. She has an amazing marketing plan. This combined with her cheerful personality and Team Muir behind her is definitely a winning combination. In the entire process, she was constantly available and her communication is always on the spot, relieving us of any anxiety of selling. Her personality shows her enthusiasm, exhuberance and expertise in selling. And…. on top of all these.. her cheerful emoji filled messages are always a delight : )
