Meagan was able to deliver an outstanding result for us primarily due to her ability to identify a good time for us to sell, as well as her ability to have a great rapport with purchasers. The Enthusiasm and Passion she had for selling our house and getting a great price was clearly evident throughout the process. Our particular case involved engaging Meagan early and identifying that we’d like to know when a good time to sell would be. She kept in regularly contact and negotiated with our existing renters to get viewers through. She is thoughtful and thorough and whilst the initial plan wasn’t seeing the kind of offers we were looking for, she was proactive in suggesting a change. Fortuitously our renters identified they were moving state, Meagan switched into top gear and quickly organised maintenance activities, staging and a campaign.
