Mike was a fantastic agent. He was recommended to me and he defiantly lived up to his reputation. He was friendly, helpful and a great communicator. He sold my property in only a couple of weeks at a price that I was very happy with. I would recommend him to anyone.
Excellent knowledge of the local area surrounding our property was invaluable in helping us make the decision to purchase. He knew all the details about the future work on the buildings and the actual cost regarding strata levies. The decision to purchase the property was made easier due to Michael's professionalism and attention to detail.
Mike made a usually challenging experience a pleasant journey; he coordinated the sale of my property and helped secure my new home. Thanks again Mike.

Mike is an excellent agent and treated us with great respect, always keeping us informed. He became au fait with us the moment we met him and continues to be very supportive and helpful. His offsider Sonia Deas is very good as well. Buying a property can be very stressful but he continued to assure us and keep us in the loop. We would highly recommend Mike to any person in the Newcastle property market.
