Excellent agent ( including PA Sonia ) Very helpful Any necessary documentation available from day 1 I have been buying and selling house for 30 years and this was the best set out and organised purchase . I would also like to thank Sonia for her help and attention to detail. I felt supported that not hassled throughout the purchase . Thank you Mike and Sonia

Well, what can we say? Mike was supurb at selling our house. Always professional, timely, great communications and achieved the result we desired with very little fuss. Mike kept us informed at all times and provided written weekly updates as well as texts and calls. He was available whenever potential buyers requested an inspection, even late on weekends. Seriously, we could not fault Mike's performance and would recommend him to anyone considering selling . Mike was backed up very professionally by Sonia in the office, who we found to be very friendly and only too happy to immediately provide whatever infomation we asked for. We had not sold a property for approx. 20 years, so her help throughout the process was great. Mike knows his market backwards, and we are happy to have worked with him on this sale. Thank You. Regards Peggy and Col

I have used Michael Flook as a Real Estate Agent to Purchase and also to Sell. Both times I have found him extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. His communication skills and his professionalism are "First Class!" I would have no hesitation in recommending him or using him again in the future for further property purchases and investments. Thank you Michael ! Simone Sykes

This is my 2nd sale through Mike again I found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the market. I would, without hesitation, recommend Mike, Lyndall and his team to anyone wishing to sell and achieve the best result without fuss

Michael was helpful and followed up our enquiries as needed in a timely manner.

Michael is reliable and a good communicator. He keeps you well informed along the way which give you peace of mind throughout the process. I was happy to deal with him.

Thanks for the great customer service. We found Mike to be friendly, approachable and very professional at all times.

The result we got in Redhead is another testament to Mike, who outperforms market expectation every time - thank you, Glen R

Michael was very responsive and it seemed he was looking after the vendors while also ensuring we as the purchasers were also kept informed.

We could not have asked for a better agent to deal with. He constantly went above and beyond to assist us from the moment he met us, to way beyond contract exchange. We actually feel more like friends now and I think that shows the type of person he is. We have already recommended Mike Flook and Robinson real estate and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks so much Andrew and Olivia Ryan

After previously buying through Mike we gave him the courtesy of selling the property. We sat down, put together an action plan, created a program and set the price. We took on board all of mikes advice, subsequently we were exchanged in one week (with a four day weekend in the middle). Get a plan, get Mike, and get on with it.
