After previously buying through Mike we gave him the courtesy of selling the property. We sat down, put together an action plan, created a program and set the price. We took on board all of mikes advice, subsequently we were exchanged in one week (with a four day weekend in the middle). Get a plan, get Mike, and get on with it.
Mike new what the property was worth and the vendors expectation no smoke and mirrors. This knowledge and no nonsense and friendly approach enabled the deal to be done professionaly and amicably. Everyone is a winner and we can move on.

I had contacted Michael requesting him to keep an eye open for a site to construct a duplex in Merewether. At a later date I received a call from Michael that it would be worthwhile coming to open house at a new listing, 201 Morgan Street, Merewether. We attended the open house and immediately knew that the site was perfect for our future plans. We expressed our intentions to Michael that we were very interested. We contacted Michael on the Monday and he advised that there were a number of interested parties and to have our best offer in by 10:00am. We submitted our offer which was much in excess of the asking price and were subsequently successful in purchasing the property. We thoroughly appreciated Michael's honesty as he requested all parties to have their best offer in by 10:00am, this was very credible advice as it informed us quickly of our success or not in purchasing the property. He also kept us informed as to where the offer was with the vendor, as he could not immediately contact her.
