I had contacted Michael requesting him to keep an eye open for a site to construct a duplex in Merewether. At a later date I received a call from Michael that it would be worthwhile coming to open house at a new listing, 201 Morgan Street, Merewether. We attended the open house and immediately knew that the site was perfect for our future plans. We expressed our intentions to Michael that we were very interested.
