Michael was very professional in dealing with two parties he new personally both bidding for the same property. The process was clear and transparent.

Thanks to Mike we had an extremely quick and very successful outcome in selling our unit.

Selling your house? I fluked a good sale today and I can tell you how to do it. Go to Robinsons; ask for Michael Flook. Newcastle operates like a big country town so everyone knows Robinsons is a good place to do business - buyer, vendor, landlord or tenant - and Michael Flook is their best sales agent. Of course it is not a fluke: it is attention to detail, property smarts, availability and experience in the market. To experience a hassle-free, minimum-period, maximum-result house sale, just follow the instructions of Michael Flook.

I have nothing but good stuff to say about Mike, he kept me well informed the whole time and got me a great result in a very short time.

We highly recommend Mike!

Mike was easy to get along with, provided all information clearly and in a friendly manner, advised us along the way of what we could also do to assist our sale, and most of all, achieved an excellent price after only one open inspection. Excellent

We were very satisfied in selling our house with Mike and his team at Robinson Property. The results met our expectation. Mike made the whole selling process easy with the house was sold after weeks on the market. Mike is a very approachable and down to earth guy, which are the traits that attract buyers who do not want to be pressured. Mike also has high integrity and openness in communicating all information to us throughout the selling process. I would not hesitate to suggest Mike as a selling agent to any of my friends who want to sell their homes.

We had a great experience with our recent purchase through Michael. He was extremely open and transparent and kept us informed throughout the process which made the experience of purchasing a property an enjoyable, as opposed to a stressful, experience. We would have no hesitation recommending Michael to family and friends who are looking to buy or sell as we have not doubt that he would be more than happy to assist. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with Michael!

At all times during the sales process Mike always kept us informed and kept our interests to the fore ultimately resulting in us receiving $20k more than we expected for the property.

I would have no hesitation in using Michael's services in selling more property in the future. He managed to achieve a sale for me within the first week of advertising at a very acceptable price. His approach to marketing my house at 84 scenic drive, Merewether was very professional and his communication was excellent. I would have no problem in recommending Michael to other people.

Michael negotiated and closed the deal in a efficient and credible manner. Very happy.

Michael has been helpful during the negotiation process.
